Shannons Nationals, Round One, 3 Apr 2011.. This year's second visit to Wakefield Park for a morning of racing. Spent an hour or so at Fairbairn Park back in Canberra for some Motocross noise and dust... lots of dust!

Hi-Res copies available, please quote file name.	Saucony Series Triathlon #4 - 13 Feb 2011. Images from todays event held at the AIS here in Canberra.	Rally Ride Day. The Brindabella Motor Sport Club, the Light Car Club of Canberra and the Shoalhaven and Kiama Districts Auto Club organised this event in an effort to promote the sport of rallying to the public, while raising funds for the Snowy Hydro SouthCare Rescue Helicopter Service.	Bathurst ArmourAll 12hr race. Way to many photos (again) from practice to qualifiying and the first few hours of the race. A complete photo list is available by email. Some interesting photos of Dick Johnson driving Brocky's old Torana included here.	The 12hr's support programe was quite extensive. Formula Vee is shown here...no aero, skinny tyres and still 180kph+ down Conrod!	Group C and A. Could this be where old ATCC racecars spend their later years? Group C cars are Touring Cars of the 1972-84 period, while Group A cars are of the 1985-92 period. These are all ex-racecars, with original paint schemes.	Group N. These are pre 1973 Touring Cars, broken into sub-groups, Na (pre 1958), Nb (pre 1965) (was called Appendix J) and Nc (1966-72). These cars are not required to have a competitive history.	HQ Challenge. So this is where old Taxis go! With their 3300cc screaming 6 cylinders, the competitors here had a great time testing the size of their man bits as their drum brakes faded through the esses. This is both an Over & Under 2litre class of modified vehicles where the "get out of my way" rule being the only other regulation. Car #16 is in the "Over" class... not your standard Datto 1600!
