Canada/Alaska 2008
The following is a humble attempt to share our experiences over the days of our Canada and Alaska tour during the period 31 August to 22 September 2008.
With some 3500 images viewed, sorted and categorised down to "less than" 600 worthy of public viewing, the following is a random selection of some of the "touristy" shots with some more creative frames added for interest.
Apart from sensor dust removal (another story) and some exposure adjustments, all images are as taken by our cameras (Canon 30d and Panasonic DMC-FZ3) and are © Wayne L. Jones and Karen J. Jones 2008 unless otherwise stated.
Images shown have been severly reduced in size for ease of web browsing and some of the colour tones have been effected in the process, fullsized copies (up to 18mb) are available on request.
Hubbard Glacier (7 merged images taken about 2km away), ice is about 120m thick at sea level.
